Candice brings positive energy and encouragement to her classes and takes great pleasure in sharing yoga’s powerful teachings. Her passion for movement, body awareness, and yoga philosophy is evident, as she guides you on a supportive journey through breath technique, posture alignment and mindfully created flows. Her classes are balanced to strengthen the body, and nurture and soothe the mind and the soul, aiming to leave students feeling fearless, focused, inspired and compassionate.
